Academic Work

A scholar of the Southern Caucasus

Over more than three decades Nurida Ateshi has published over three hundred scholarly and cultural articles — across six countries and in five languages. In archaeology alone she has forty publications, four monographs and a university textbook. Her research centres on the archaeology and early history of the Southern Caucasus.
